a. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and labeling all shipments.

b. We are not liable for any damage to improperly packaged or labeled items.

4. Delivery

a. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

b. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

5. Payment

a. Payment terms are no credit basis

b. Failure to pay may result in additional charges and suspension of services.

6. Liability

a. Our liability is Maximum100 USD limited to the value of the goods being transported or stored.

b. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

7. Insurance

a. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for their shipments.

b. We may offer insurance options at an additional cost.

8. Claims

a. Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 2 days of delivery..

b. Failure to report claims within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim..

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms
